BY ALLOWING US TO CLUBSCAN YOUR ID (SCANNING AND RETAINING YOUR DETAILS) YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:  

1)  WE WILL NOT USE YOUR INFORMATION FOR MARKETING.

2)  WE CAN SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH OTHER VENUES SHOULD YOU BE BANNED FROM THIS VENUE.

3)  WE CAN SHARE THIS INFORMATION WITH THE POLICE AND LOCAL AUTHORITIES IN THE EVENT OF AN INCIDENT.


We will do our best to keep your information secure and will only use it for the stated purposes for which it was gathered, we will not take your information out of the EU and we will keep your information for only as long as the statute of limitations on personal injuries is set, which will mean a minimum of three years.
